Hey there, I would like to report an issue/suggestion.
I have reached out several times regarding getting the proof of enrolment to get the soundtoys 50% discount. I emailed [email protected] as directed by the website twice already and have gotten no response. I’d like to suggest to either automatically send this proof of enrolment to all students or to adjust the way the requests are made or processed so that student can actually make use of the discounts.
Hey Sergey, it seems you missed our email. We responded on October 20 last year. To be eligible for our discounts you need to be signed up for the Tier 3 annual plan. Once you are signed up we can send you a letter which you can use for the discount. I hope that helps!
