• What is 343 Studio?

  343 Studio is an online learning platform for music producers to learn and connect. You can attend live masterclasses and workshops and book 1-on-1 feedback sessions and mentorship sessions with experienced producers and DJs to develop your skills and meet like-minded producers. We also have pre-recorded classes available as well as discounts to leading production brands, such as Ableton, Arturia, and SoundToys.

• What is the difference between the tiers?

  Tier 1 is free and gives you access to pre-recorded classes as well as recordings of past masterclasses. Tier 2 gives you access to everything in tier 1 plus access to join masterclasses live, as well as access to brand discounts (Ableton, Arturia, SoundToys, and more). Tier 3 gives you access to everything in tier 2 plus all our live sessions, such as collab workshops and 1-on-1 feedback and mentorship sessions. 

• What types of subscriptions do you offer?

  We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions. You can cancel monthly subscriptions at any time. With yearly subscriptions, you essentially get two months free.

• Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

  Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you signed up for the yearly plan, the difference for the new subscription would be pro-rated. 

• Where do the live sessions take place?

  The live sessions take place on Zoom, or in some cases, via live stream. 

• Where do I find the link for the live sessions I signed up for?

  You will be emailed a link to join the live session once you sign up. 

• What artists are teaching on 343 Studio?

  We have some of the most accomplished artists teaching our classes; many of them are instructors at 343 Labs, as well as visiting guest artists. 

• How many live events can I attend per week?

  You can attend as many group classes as you like. For 1-on-1 sessions (feedback and mentorship sessions), you can attend up to one session per week. 

• Can I book a longer private session with an artist I like?

  Yes, if you would like to book a 1-hour private session with one of our artists, please email us at hello@343labs.com. 

• What happens if I can’t attend a live session?

  All our masterclasses are recorded, so if you can’t attend live, you can watch the replay in your own time. Recording typically go up with 48 hours of the event. 

• Do you also offer project files?

  Yes, many of our pre-recorded Classes include downloadable project files which you can use to follow along with the Class. 

• Why is there a Discord button on some of the pages?

  343 Studio is integrated with the 343 Discord server. The Discord buttons on each page allow you to chat with other members before and during events. 

• Do you have a help desk, in case I am having trouble with something?

  Yes, we have a help desk which you can find at the bottom of the main page. Here you can get help with any technical issues you may be experiencing with the platform.
