For small session (< 20) zoom is a great method to allow user interaction.
With Zoom if feels like you are in an exclusive learning environment .vs prerecorded content.
If you sign up for sessions, it is helpful to send an email 24 hours in advance to all signed up.
I work with another session provider online that books out a few weeks in advanced, and I get a 24 hour and 1 hour reminder. The reminders are quite helpful (and not viewed as spam since I signed up for the course).
For myself, I use Outlook as my primary calendar reminder system.
